What is spiritual strength?

Spiritual strength is the ability of your faith in God to resist sinful temptation. We connect with God in spirit. Therefore, spiritual strength is the measure of the power of our connection to God. Like building physical strength when you work out, building spiritual strength is similar but internal.

How can I be spiritually strong?

Believe it or not, the easiest way to strengthen your faith is to become the kind of person that strengthens others. Be a giver. Be a helper. Build a strong prayer life. With these few steps, you will soon begin to increase your spiritual strength as you realize how much you empower other people.
